I am a therapist, Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and Registered Social Worker (RSW), offering private counselling and consulting. I offer virtual and in-person services based out of Fort Langley. These services include traditional talk-based and eco therapies for youth and adults struggling with issues around anxiety, depression, gender, sexuality, and personal development. In addition, I host all-inclusive holistic wellness retreats locally and internationally.
